# Data Freshness

> Learn how Webacy delivers real-time risk intelligence with per-block updates, streaming ingestion, and continuous re-scoring of wallets, tokens, and vaults.

Blockchain networks operate continuously. Wallets transact, liquidity shifts, governance proposals execute, collateral changes, and new threats emerge every minute. Waiting hours, or even days, to refresh risk intelligence can leave critical decisions based on outdated information.

Webacy is built around continuous data collection and real-time analysis, ensuring risk assessments evolve alongside the blockchain itself.

## Why Freshness Matters

Traditional financial risk assessments are often based on scheduled reviews, periodic disclosures, or historical reports. Blockchain operates differently.

An asset that appears healthy this morning may experience significant redemptions this afternoon. A wallet can become sanctioned at any time. A governance proposal can fundamentally alter a protocol within hours. A contract exploit can occur within a single transaction.

Because risk changes continuously, the underlying intelligence must also be continuously refreshed.

## Continuous by Design

Webacy continuously ingests blockchain activity across supported networks and updates its analyses as meaningful events occur.

Depending on the entity and intelligence engine, this may include:

* New transactions
* Wallet activity
* Liquidity changes
* Holder movements
* Governance events
* Smart contract updates
* Reserve composition
* Redemption activity
* Compliance events
* Newly discovered threats

Rather than relying on scheduled rescans, Webacy is designed to reflect the current state of the blockchain whenever possible.

## Different Data, Different Refresh Rates

Not every type of blockchain intelligence changes at the same pace.

Some data, such as transactions and wallet activity, updates continuously. Other information, such as governance, reserve attestations, audits, or issuer disclosures, changes less frequently but remains an important input to the overall risk assessment.

Webacy continuously evaluates available data and incorporates new information as it becomes available, ensuring each analysis reflects the most current intelligence for that entity.

## Real-Time Monitoring

Data freshness becomes especially important for continuously monitored assets.

For products such as stablecoins, vaults, and RWAs, Webacy monitors changes in financial, operational, and governance conditions as they occur. When meaningful changes are detected, risk scores, severity levels, and alerts can be updated automatically without waiting for a scheduled review.

This enables organizations to respond to changing conditions before they become broader market events.

## Built for Automated Decisions

Fresh intelligence is essential for automation.

Whether an institution is screening a wallet, approving a transaction, monitoring collateral, evaluating an asset for listing, or enabling an AI agent to make autonomous decisions, every action depends on current information.

By continuously updating its intelligence, Webacy helps ensure automated decisions are based on the latest available blockchain data, not yesterday's assessment.
